The counterweight is guided, safe and reliable, has a low failure rate, has good door panel strength, and multiple door panels are linked. It can be controlled manually, electrically, or remotely. Large and extra-large multi-section lifting doors use winch power balancing, which saves the space occupied by the counterweight.
